Chris Oberholzer

Chris Oberholzer, CFP®

Founder, Certified Financial Planner®

Chris is the founder and lead Financial Advisor at Infinity Wealth Counsel.  He specializes in providing independent and objective advice that always puts clients’ interests first. 

 

Chris earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton with specializations in Finance and Economics.  He then completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Professional Education program at the College for Financial Planning.

 

Chris has spent 30+ years in the financial planning industry.

 

In 2014 he founded Infinity Wealth Counsel to allow him to spend more time on the part of the business where his true passion lies: working directly with clients and helping them pursue their dreams.

 

Chris is an active member and former treasurer of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Financial Planning Association. He has been involved in financial education through Junior Achievement and as the Chairman of Youth Development for the Rotary Club of Northeast Cincinnati.

During his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Carol, five children, three daughters-in-law, five grandchildren, and a Bernedoodle puppy named Willow. Chris enjoys spending time outdoors; water skiing, swimming, biking, hiking, and kayaking. In the winter, Chris and Carol curl in the Cincinnati Curling Club.

Five Star Wealth Manager Award is presented by Five Star Professional. To receive the Five Star Wealth Manager award, a wealth manager must satisfy 10 objective eligibility and evaluation criteria. No fee was paid to receive the award; however, Infinity Wealth Counsel purchased a marketing package after the award was granted to promote the award. Neither Chris or Matt applied for the award and neither they or Infinity Wealth Counsel are affiliated with Five Star Professional. Rankings published by magazines, and others, generally base their selections exclusively on information prepared and/or submitted by the recognized adviser. Rankings are generally limited to participating advisers. Working with a third-party rated advisor does not ensure that a client or prospective client will experience a higher level of satisfaction or performance. This award should not be construed as an endorsement of the advisor by any client. This award was issued on 9/1/24 by Five Star Professional (FSP) for the time period 12/12/23 through 7/9/24.
